Thank you for replying judge! I needed to ask because I’m going to start applying for things that need to check my criminal record AND do a background check on me. I’m still curious if it will show up on anything. And is there anything/anywhere i can go to, to check my record. Thank you so much Judge!
Dear Allison: You’re welcome! Again, you would not have a criminal record from the incident you described. You could contact your local law enforcement department and request a background check of yourself/copy of your record so that you can confirm there is nothing on it. They should be able to help you.
