I am 32 years old .I am greencard holder I have been here in Florida only 2 months when I acme .I was forced to stealsome stuffs in amount of $159 from the market and i was caught and the pplicn made me sighn for a notice of appear on the .this is the first time for me in Florida.I want to know what are the cercumstances and will that appear on my record. the social security,

Since this is your first offense, you may be offered a diversion program and given the chance of avoiding a record as long as you successfully complete the terms of the program.
