I have a daughter who is going to juvenile court tomorrow because she stole a girl’s phone during school. The phone cost about 550-600$ and she just turned 14. The officer who talked to me said she will be charged with a class a misdemeanor (possession of stolen items in the 5th degree). What punishment will be given to her?
