My son cuts thru and ungated town home development on his way to school in the morning and he is being harassed by a resident of the neighborhood saying he can not walk in the neighborhood if he is not a resident.
There is no fence or gate around the neighborhood ands he stays on the sidewalk not touching anyone’s property or belongings. She chased him taking pictures of him hollering she’s the sheriff of the neighborhood …..there is a sign in the neighborhood that says no trespassing. Is he trespassing by just walking thru the ungated neighborhood? Or is this lady crazy and bored
