My boyfriend and I rent a house from his brother. Another one of his brothers lost his residence and came to stay with us on what was suppose to be a temporary basis. Over a year later I asked him to leave and he refuses saying it’s his brothers house not my home even though I had a lease. Now he is taking video of things like unlocked windows and videos of myself during arguments and/or conversations inside this residence and is sending them via email to his brother who I leased the house from and other family members. Our lease has now expired but was active when he came to stay here. Can he legally do this? He also told me that I don’t know who I am messing with and has called me numerous names. Is this a threat and can he send these videos out.
