Hello,

My name is Hilary Smith and I came across www.askthejudge.info while doing some research on teenager’s and smartphone addiction. I really enjoyed your content and would love to become a contributor.

As a writer and parent, I specialize in spreading positive parenting techniques, focusing on the use of social media and new technologies by tweens and teenagers.

I recently finished an infographic titled “Parenting in the Social Age”, to help parents understand their children and their decision making process better. You can check it out in the link below:

If you are interested in sharing, I could write an specific introduction to accompany it. If this topic isn’t a good fit for you, maybe an article on “Is Your Child Prepared For a Smartphone This Christmas?” could work. Many children will be receiving digital devices this upcoming holiday season and parents need to know what online dangers exist (such as cyberbullying, pornography, and predators) and how to protect their children and teach them how to navigate safely in the digital world.

Here is a list of my past publications as an example of my writing style:

http://www.5minutesformom.com/109552/how-to-help-your-kids-deal-with-bullying/

http://blog.dyslexia.com/cyberbullying-and-dyslexia/

By the way, I’m not seeking any monetary compensation; my goal is to raise awareness on the topic and get my name known out there as a writer.

Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing back from you!

Best,

Hilary Smith
