I need to know if I have a case for destructive dismissal?
I worked at a company for 2 years and 11 months, in the last 11 months my job started to become extremely stressful with the entry of a new HR Manager. She came in an started doing things to programs that she didn’t understand, that lead me to have to fix them,
I went to my manger on more then one occasion to ask what her job was and that she was making my job hell. My manger did nothing about it and it kept getting worse. I had to increase my depression medication and I started not wanting to go to work, when I used to love my job. She then hired an temp employee from one of her past employment locations to temp at the plant. I then found out that that temp was going to the HR manager and telling her everything I was doing. The day that I walked out they tried to make me sign a letter that said I would change my attitude, when there were no issued before?
