My son received a restraint order! The local P.D. In my town of Redlands Ca. Had retrieved them for storage, I had applied though the California D.O.J. And had all weapons transferred into my name as new ownership! D.O.J. Sent my release forms for said weapons to give to the local P.D.
Now I’m told that I can not receive my weapons which I’m entitled to until my sons court orders are over in another year or so! My question to you is, can the local P.D. Withhold my weapons from me do to my sons court orders even though there in my name now, and the D.O.J. Has released them to me?
