My youngest brother for three years now has been depressed ,scared and afraid he is on watched by some agent at where he works.He told me a while back while he was cleaning out a dorm after school an old lap top was left of the bed he just chunked it in his van.Thought nothing of and then threw it away later.Now three year later he is not himself at all.I have tried to talked to him.He keeps saying he will not get to see his daughters and wife if he goes to prison.This is how bad he is a vehicle passed down below my mom and dads house when we were having a family reunion.He looked and said that looks like the car following me.My uncle was having a yard sale up the road.He seems to just statre into space.I have and my parents and brothers are very worrid and do not know how to help him any suggestions?
