What can I do about an agreement made under false intentions? My landlord and her lawyer told me that I was month to month tenant. We can to an agreement that I move out by July 31st. Well after doing a little more investigations, I found out that I was still under a lease agreement and if I was to move I would be breaking the lease. So when I asked for a copy of my lease, It has my signature forged on documents that have date of 11/10/2015 the same year they told the courts I become a month to month tenant in January 2015. I have to go back to court on the 3 of august, I am a little nervous.
