You could try contacting the school directly and ask to speak with the person who handles enrollment. Perhaps your parents could send a notarized letter or something of the sort giving permission. Otherwise, your girlfriend’s brother could consent to your enrollment at that high school if he’s an adult and the school would be willing to accept his consent. Finally, if he became the legal guardian of you, then he should definitely be able to get you enrolled. That would mean looking into the process for legal guardianship in Kansas.
