Good evening, I have a court date next wk about my alimony . My ex husband was ordered 3 yrs ago to pay me $716 per wk . We had gone through a trial that he wanted he tried everything not to pay but I had an amazing judge that saw right through him…….I’m trying to make this short as possible we were married 24 yrs I was a stay at home mom and wife he had a high paying job . He was fired in June for not following company procedure he now has a girlfriend that worked for him and a 1yr old baby . He filed for modifications he is receiving unemployment $427 a wk . And from what I heard he has kidney cancer but he is looking for work from what his attorney say’s . I suffer from a bi-polar depression anxiety disorder I am under the care of McLean hospital and have been since 2005 . I have 0 income since he stopped paying in July . I do have a contempt on him . I am driving myself crazy / sick not eating or sleeping thinking what is this judge going to do will my alimony be done everyone tells me different stories what could happen. I am just looking for an opinion I know every judge is different. Hope you can help me get some relief good or bad . Thank you for your time
