I was issued a arrest ticket for an unpaid fine in a different county that I haven’t been able to get paid , my car was towed and arresting officer dropped me off at the nearest gas station for a family member to pick me up. The county I owe the $250.00 fine had my license suspended until fine is paid. I went to court regarding DWLS a couple weeks ago, but when arrested and put in jail two days ago for second offense DWLS the arresting officer said nothing showed up on the database that I went to court and county that I owe the fine to came back saying I had a warrant for my arrest. Can that county issue a warrant if I already stood Infront of a judge and spoke with a procecting attorney two weeks ago?
