So I got onto the back of a truck on the trucks tool box and took a picture. I did not know who’s truck it was. I posted the picture on Snapchat. Then after that a day later a person said I broke the latch of the truck. I asked my friend if i could do such a thing standing on it. She told me that she saw a few days before and said “It was broke before, I saw it a few days earlier”. The only thing they have a picture of is me standing on the truck. Is their enough evidence to press charges against me?
