Your Honor, I live in Florida and have completed the 7 year requirement of paying the taxes on a parcel of vacant land between two parcels of land that I own. There is no known ownership of this parcel. Do I need to contact a judge to settle this and have the parcel combined into one of mine that adjoin it. Thank you for your consideration. Kerry Toomey
