Dear Anon: Yes, you are both wrong as far as how you should be treating another person online, off line, anywhere, any time. As for whether or not your comments broke the law, you would need to look at the cyberbullying, online harassment or another similar law in your state. Check out this site to find out more about the cyberbullying laws in your state. Judge Tom is the founder and moderator of AsktheJudge.info. He is a retired juvenile judge and spent 23 years on the bench.
