i went into a walmart ihad got caught stealling from before but at this time i went in i did not steal anything i layed it down in an ile and desided it was a bad idea. soas i was walking out a secret shopper asked me too come with her and i replied but mam i havent done anythingwrong i havent stold anything i layed everything i picked up back down. she still wanted me to come with her after i had already showed her there was nothing in my purse, then she proceeded to say my first and last name, i got scared// because i had gotten caught there before, but wasnt baned so i refused and felt like if i had done nothing wrong why should i go with the secret shopper?? so i left and they called the copsand issued a warrant for my arrest for something they have no proof i done. i made bond and have court for it on march 11th. but i thought possesion was 9/10’s of the law? and they do NOThave me on camera stealling anything! can i beat this?? because this time i am inocent. please let me know. thank you for your time.
