Hello my name is Adam Wood and I currently participate in Teen court this program takes kids who are getting in trouble in school and puts them before a judge with me as their defense attorney. We were informed that the parents are responsible and that they may face criminal charges can you explain the law in Indiana for me how that process goes? If our program does not work then they attend juvenile court so we try to fix the problem for free before having to send them there.
