My son has been living with his father for years and now he is 17 and his father just got remarried and he kicked him out, my mother went and picked him up and he has been staying with her for about 3 weeks now. He has only took a shower once, he wants to stay up all night and play video games or listen to loud music, she washes his clothes and he throws them in his room, he wont go apply for jobs, he has a 15 yr old girlfriend and has tried to run away twice to go see her, he wont eat when food is prepared, then when he is ready to eat he fills sink up with dishes, he sleeps all day, he cant attend GED classes until 4/16/2015, I have told him to get my mom to take him to library and check out the newest edition of the GED practice book, he refuses to do that, he curses repetitively, someone bought him one of those vapor cigarettes, he takes my moms phone after she is asleep and calls his girlfriend. He told my mom that he has been in jail 8 times. I need to know what I can legally do to have him put in a Juvenal Detention for help.
