I have gotten into trouble concerning drugs. A year ago, I pled guilty to a class 6 felony, drugs posses/use. I got a probation violation, and am now getting charged with a class 2 felony, conspiracy to sell/transport drugs. Is it possible for me to make a plea deal so that they do not consider my past felony during sentencing?
