I was wondering what is the best way to get emancipated? I know the options but I wonder what’s easiest. I heard that going to court is the hardest. My parents don’t agree but I’m 16 1/2 and I do have a job and I would have a place to stay but Im trying to look into this. I feel like I need to leave this house but my parents are stopping me. What do you think is the best ?
