My boyfriend is a juvenile on probation. He was put on probation for possession of marijuana. He then got a shoplifting charge and didn’t get jail time but got more community service. He was recently charged with tampering with evidence, truancy, and minor in possession of alcohol. Does anyone know what the outcome might be? jail time? and if so how much?
