My question is
If you where a juvinile and you got in some trouble and did your requirements by the court .
Now you are a 27 ur old man with 3 kids steady job for 5 yrs and 2 yrs at job before that.
Have been a law abiding citizen never have gotten in trouble since you where a kid.
Now you want to join the AIR FORCE.
They have strick requirements the ask if you have been arrested?.

Does the Air Force look at your arrest when you where a minor. Do they have the right to look into juvenile records?
Can you have it removed from your record so it is not allowed to be accessed by anyone.
