I turned 18 in November of 2014, I was charged for violation of probation in late February of 2014. I was not released from my probation until December. I am still in my senior year of high school. I stopped going to school for a while, and my former judge requested to talk to me, and when he did he told me that if I didn’t go back to school he would send me to jail. One of my court orders as a juvenile was to finish school. My question is, In the state of ky, can he really send me to jail or charge me for truancy even though I’m 18?
