hi sir I have a question that i am going to extend my study permit in Canada there is a question have been charged or convicted crime because i was charged on april2015 for shoplifting but my charges were withdrawn with informal diversion i just made a donation my lawyer told me its not a diversion it is informal diversion so what should i write in that question yes or no
