So if a 16 year old turning 17 in Kansas has been kicked out and goes on vacation to New Jersey and her parents call the cops would they do anything? And if they did try to go get her what if she told the cops about how she was kicked out and that her mother is verbally abusive and sometimes physically abusive, and the child isn’t in any danger where she would be staying at in NJ, would they let her stay under her circumstances?
