Hi, recently my colleague used kik to sext with a stranger of unknown location. He found the girl over a separate omegle chat app and they both introduced each other as of 18 years, they are both strangers to each other. He was notified that the girl was using the phone and kik account of her friend during the time. He is worried that because he sent a picture of his genitals he would be prosecuted for harassment charges by the owner of the phone who is of unknown age. To me it seems like with the proper evidence of the chat messages from both applications things should be ok but he is worried since he deleted the applications afterward there would be no proper evidence and testimony from the victim would be used. What are the legal implications behind this and how will he be notified (if he will be) that he is being prosecuted?
