My boyfriend recently punched his mom in front of the place he got arrested and taken back home and waiting for the court to schedule a date and my dad told me the police and the detective do not have the authority to tell me not to see him legally only a judge can, is that true? And we want to see each other but his mom doesn’t want us to and I’m worried she will put a restraint order on him but i never harmed him or anything. I’m 14. I’m not looking for personal advice only legal advice. Do you think i he is going to juvi , will he see me again soon, how and when?
