I am 15 years old. My mother has not been in my life for about 3 years due to negligence, pertaining to physical abuse. My father and his fiance has taken care of me and my other siblings since then, and all legal rights were given to him. My mother has an unstable life, she tried to commit suicide, has multiple “husbands” and/or “boyfriends”, and has had over 10 jobs in the past 3 years. The most craziest thing about her is she wears and wig and calls herself by a different name from time and time again. I really want her out of my life, and when i do see her she talks about her boyfriends, or sexual comments that is very inappropriate. Last week she was fully naked in front of me and my two younger brothers. I want to find a way to officially ‘divorce” her or get her to GET OUT OF MY LIFE AND LEAVE ME ALONE!!!! She continues to take my dad to court and or mediation and it affects me and my family. I just want to keep living my stable life with my dad.
