Say you had a girlfriend that was 19 and you were 17 and she had pictures of you in her phone .. but she recently was charged with something that she had nothing to do with . When its her court date and everything .. will they check her phone log and all her phone records to retrieve all her messages pictures etc .. CAN THAT BE ANOTHER CHARGE ADDED TO HER PLATE BECAUSE HER GIRLFREIND WAS NT LEGAL ? AND ALSO CAN THE 17 GET IN TROUBLE ALSO AFTER SHE TURNS 18 ?
