I was working in a group home which the owners owns 4 houses and 1 school. And the owner is paid by the state. One of the client attacked me and beaten me and push me over a coffee table , hit me in the stomach, my body and head. this occurred in one of her houses. The client has 2 incidents that I am aware of. Choking a male staff. And female that was at restaurant and had to call the police. The owner is telling me she doesn’t have Worker Comp. That she is a Independence Contractor. I do known she has home insurance. And peoples are saying that this a Medical Malpractice. Because she has MHMR facility and school. She has more then 20 peoples working for her. NEED HELP SOON!
