. I’m sure the police officer was lying when he said I didn’t have a seltbelt on and rolled threw a stop sign. I have had problems in jail and fellt fear I park my car to check I police where infact after me and notice the were I change into so cloths I saw and tried to avod the cops. They then sized my car and took my girlfriend phone she and I have ask to retrieve it and rudly been talk to saying it is evidence but she has lupus and it has cost us a lot since they wont give it back to her she wasn’t arrested. Can they keep her phone even tho she was with me but never got arrested.
