I am going through a divorce / custody battle for my 5 month old infant daughter My husband filed for divorce after I admitted to him I had been prescribed subutex. He has put me through rigorous drug testing including hair follicle nailbed testing urine testing and saliva testing Which all I have passed with a negative result. We went to mediation where we came to a 50/50 parenting plan agreement. However two weeks later he took me back to court in front of the judge because he claimed he feared that I was back on drugs .The judge Made me take a drug test During the court hearing And the result was positive for subutex but for nothing else. The judge ordered sole custody be given to my ex husband For our daughter And I am allowed to have only four hours of supervised visitation one day per week. My question is how can I get this over ruled or in front of a new judge Considering I have completed a 12 step program and I have never failed a drug screen for opiates or anything other than what was prescribed to me. How can a judge take my child from me for taking a prescription medication as it was directed what can I do to get my daughter back?
