So if a Judge said, (a Richard Bartheld, a superior court judge of Yakima Washington), after 272 days of holding me in jail pending by, suspicion of, by Yakima Police Departments charges because of something that the officer over heard me say to para medics and then construed it to say that I confessed to him this f@#$ed up deal that I didn’t do, and after 272 days the judge told the Prosecutioner for Washington State “that the prosecution still didn’t have enough evedence for him to have issued the arrest warrant in the first place, AND WE HAVE NO NEED FOR A TRIAL WITH JURY AS HE WANTS OR WITHOUT, SO EITHER WAY WE HAVE TO LET HIM GO….” wouldn’t that make for illegal holdings within the United States and prove that the State of Washington dose hold to illegal and unAmerican proceedings of holding one prisoner by their illegal arrainment courts and against the American principle of Innocent until proven Guilty in a legal court of law?

Amendment 8 – Cruel and Unusual Punishment
nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted by a State before final verdict by an impartial jury. Needless to say bail in excess of $20 shall not be required by a judge in the name of his State or in any of the United States for Americans, and no Judicial immunities shall be required or given, if you follow this rule Judicial immunities, like civillian immunities shall have been already given….
