why cant a business owner discriminate against who he/she serve? why is discrimination illegal for businesses (private ones, not state run) but ok for individuals such as the KKK or the southern baptist church? why , if i am a business owner, i can say no shoes, no shirt no service, but i cant say no “sex,l color or age” no service? i understand that is the law, but so was slavery…what i want to know is WHY is that the law? is it because it violates the pursuit of happiness, that every man is entitled to it? because the business is entitled ( and the business is a leg person under the 13th amendment) to it also, no? shouldn’t the business also have the right to pursue its own happiness?
