I have been trying to find someone in the Naples area to take a lawsuit against a groomer & a vet. in the vineyards area, who contributed to the death of our Cavalier & and the cutting off of our other little dogs tail. The vet has a bad reputation & needs to be closed before there is another disaster.The groomer charged us & never groomed the dog. We have all the documents stating the condition of the smaller dog and how it caused the dog to lose his tail No one has been able to do anything because it is not a big case and no one wants to take it on. Do you know of anyone in the area that would handle this?
