Can he get visitations? Father has been in a different state for 10 years, returned two years ago, daughter is now 17 and he wants visitations. Will the judge let him? There’s never been any court orders. She doesn’t want to be there because she misses out on her sports and friends. And because he’s tried to force her and make her go. She’s missed softball tournament and social things. She’s 17 and she never has had him in her life besides when she would fly to see him once a year and he would tell her he was coming to see her but never would so she gave up on him. He moved back two years ago and she invited him to events and he says he had plans or while he was there he’d complain. Now that she refuses to go he’s taking me to court. Will he be able to get visitations?
