My grand daughters are 15 and 11. They have different father’s. The 15 year old has a good relationship with her father as do we. Our 11 year old has never met her father. Their mother has never takin care of them, we have had them since birth, but we don’t have custody because of cost and no guarantees. She receives all support for them and never gives anything to help with them. The girls haven’t seen or heard from her in 16 months, and she lives about 5 miles away. The girls would like to have her rights terminated, but we are on a fixed income. How could we do this?
