My name is Tierra Aiken I’m 16 years old i live in shreveport louisiana On august 31,2015 my uncle name is Anthony day he is 38 years old!! Assaulted me he grabbed me by my shirt roughly and threaten me saying I will beat your mutha fucking ass and also saying he will stomp me,called me hoes ,bitches,ugly ,fat also he kept coming on to me trying to jump on me.And as well tried to jump on my mother!! Cursing out my mother as well!! He just recently got out of prison after doing 6 years for drug charges and now he on a 9 year probation!! today (September 29,2015) we went to court but we had to talk to a defensive attorney she was asking us what went down!! The sad parts about it that it was me ,my mother and suppose to be Mr.Larry Nickels he was suppose to be on our side (my side witness)!! But he didn’t want to go to court with us! He chicken out!! But my uncle witnesses was his daughter she 19 and his girlfriend who is 38 years old!! So pretty much today it was 2 against 3!! While we was talking to the defensive lady he was lying to her! Saying he never tried to jump on me!! But he admitted to her saying that he did grabbed me!! But my mother and I didn’t even get a chance to explain our side of the story!! Because he kept talking!! And also we left!! Cause we figured like this here!! It was 2 against 3! And At the end of the day his girlfriend and his daughter was gone be on his side!! So me and my mother left!!! 🙁 soooooo… What will happen to my uncle??
