How do I continue pursuing a case against a small boat trailer company that sold me a trailer that would not fit my boat. I paid $4768 in full, received the title, and just to find out my boat doesn’t fit. Now he won’t take the trailer back. Mind u I’ve been trying for almost a year. And I haven’t used it. I tried a law firm here in Jacksonville fl. They charged me $500 to write the company a letter and when they got back to me they said that they will no longer be handling my case, I ask why and the lawyer told me that she’s just not going to be handling those cases anymore and that she did what she said she was gonna do and she earned her $500.
