I spray painted on a road in front of a school happy birthday I love you daddy loves you. Now I have criminal mischief charges filed by the school. This was the only way I could communicate to my somn on his birthday during a custody battle with his mom. The spray paint was completely gone in three weeks. No permanent damage was done. What kind of penalty, fees, etc. Am I looking at and why am I even being cbarged?
