I’ve recently finalized Divorce and My Attorney told me at final hearing after a year of me demanding him to subpoena all bank statements and documents which he never produced and made me sign documents that I did not want to sign , all along telling me it was just a temporary order and to show respect to the court to sign and will file motions to amend as we go along with hearings.Much to my surprise nothing was ever presented to the court from my attorney on my behalf , as my wife initially told me (I know most of the judges and a lot of attorney’s in the county) , she has worked as a legal assistant to lawyer’s and has frequently spoke to judges and secretary’s of the courts for over 20 years has made a statement to me : you are not going to win and I even know the judge presiding along with your attorney and the outcome will be in my favor so just walk away and don’t ask for anything you came into this marriage with nothing and will leave with nothing. Until the final hearing when my attorney told me that today is judgment day it’s either you sign what opposing counsel has put together and agree or the judge will make the decision and it will not be in your favor .Needless to say I’m broken beaten by the legal counsel that i had and can’t blame judge for outcome if my counsel never presented anything on my behalf.How do I ask the judge to Vacate order until I get a competent attorney to represent me .
