My son missed a court date back in June. He had been arrested right before the end of the school year because he was standing on the side of the store and the cops got him suspicious search his book bag and found a small batch of marijuana didn’t treat him any rights with still arrested him…My son goes to New York every summer with his grandfather and so we missed a court date the cops are coming to my house and finally they stopped film school arrived I had forgotten about the case just last night another cop came to my house is how many they were going to pick em up I was wondering is it possible that I can take him straight to the judge because right now they say there’s a custody order I’m guessing because he’s only 16 we live in the state of Florida…I really would like to avoid any more arrests on his juvenile record can I take him straight to the judge to release the custody order and get a new court date to resolve the situation or do I have to let the officers processing before he can see a judge which would add another arrest of the record?
