i went to the mall tried on 5 or 6 different shirts that the sale associate brought to the dressing room for me and when i was done i put them all back on the door. i was then getting ready to purchase a sweater when a different sales lady came up and told me that i needed to take or lift up my shirt because they could not find one of the shirts i tried on. I just had a baby and pulled up m top part way but was not going to take it all the way up due to the fact i was still breastfeeding, . so she then called the police, they came and had me go in to the dressing room i was wearing a tank under my maternity top and honestly did not realize i had left on one of there thin tank tops it was an honest mistake and they would not even let me explain and i never even tried t leave the store she just called the police immediately and the top was $15.00 i i was already buying a sweater that was sitting next to the cash register , i had no intention of taking the tank top from the store. so the police gave me a paper to go to court next week, since i did not nor did I try to leave the store with the item is the sales lady rite in the way it was handled? the officer gave me a piece of paper for me to go to court next week, I have never been in trouble for anything before and I m very nervous I live in Washington state if that helps any, thanks so mush..
