I was wondering if there is a court order for evidence to be shared with the other attorney at a certain date and it is never shared. Can the judge say, “I’ll give you until next Friday.” Which would grant the prosecutors another half week? Another question that I have would consist of the Judge himself. The Judge appears to be on the prosecutors side 100%. For example, he meets with the the prosecutors before and after the hearings and you can definitely tell that this judge is trying to charge this specific citizen without the evidence being given. I mean what about your innocent until proven guilty. It has been stated numerous times in the hearings that the do not have the evidence that they are looking for; however, the prosecutors keep getting granted more time. It’s been almost a month and this citizen is still sitting in jail. Can the Judge make his own rules and not follow the court order?
