Here is a link for the eligibility requirements for the National Guard and how to get in touch with a recruiter. Finally, if it requires that any felonies be expunged from your record, you can look into getting your record expunged either with the help of an attorney or by yourself. Contact the court and speak with a clerk about how to begin the process or Google the name of your state and “destruction or expungement of criminal record” for more information specific to the laws in your state as all states have their own process for dealing with criminal records.
