I received a subpoena to appear at a hearing for an incident that happened at school. A kid (A)wanted to beat up another kid (B). (A) told me he was going to pay someone to do it. I told the kid (B) about it and was called to the office and had to write a written statement, then found out there would be a hearing. Only one person (A) knows I did this. I do not want to appear at the hearing. A preliminary hearing was last month and (A) wanted to take this further. I went but was kept in a separate room. Now I am told I will have to appear at this new hearing. I don’t want anyone to know about me doing this. Can I get out of this anyway?
