What can men/women do to protect themselves from a foreign spouse. It took me four years to get the visa’s completed for my wife and two step children in Peru, once she gotto the USA it took all of 60 days for her leave me to get to her ultimate destination. She is a certified tax preparer and I have recently found out after getting the 13/14 taxes released from the preparing office that she lied on the return bad. How can I use this to get her sent back to Peru or stopped from returning. I don’t want to be stuck in the future with her fraud on our joint return. I am a 100% disabled vet of 16 years active service she has ruined my credit with 46 thousand dollars of credit card that I did not know a thing about. I need help please.
