My husband was charged with several different things when he was younger. Now as a adult a car hit a hydrant in our yard and he picked it up and it’s now being charged with theft 2nd. His juvenile records were sealed up until about a month ago now everything is showing up again (he’s 24 now) If he gets probation can he have the juvenile records sealed again or destroyed while he’s on probation were in Alabama. Or is there anything that can be done to them while he has a active court case
