TheI drove my well working car to a junk yard and mechanics place called “140 Salvage” to get a couple feul injectors replaced and waited inside the building. About 45 minutes later I was told that mechanic blew my engine. So “140 Salvage” offered to fix it by replacing my engine with another good one from their junk yard and use my good parts for the used engine. They said it will be done in an unknown matter of time but it has been three whole months. And considering their mechanics and a junk yard, they should have done it aall, by now. Plus there’s another junk yard next door to them, if their low on parts. It does not take that long to buy a used engine, remove my old engine, take off the good parts of my old engine, put them on the newer engine and reinstall the newer engine . I’ve called them several times asking them what have they done to my car and they always telling me one thing was done when it wasn’t. I even have one of the employees personal cell phone numbers, whom told me to call him to make sure everything is done. Unfortunately, he has lied to me several times, telling me that they have pulled my engine out is installing the other. Also several people have told me that they have road by that place and they see my car sitting there. Therefore, I have rode by there myself and saw that in the same place. So I’ve taking videos as proof that it has been sitting in the same spot the whole time and that the man is said that it is the saying that it is his fault for blowing my engine and they will fix the problem.

Also pay $176 a month for a title loan that is currently on the car plus my insurance. So is it a possibility that I could still sue them for what the car is worth and plus sue them for the title loan that’s on the car, because I haven’t been able to drive it but still paying for it?
I feel that the mechanics should have to pay for the title loan for the 3 months until today, because if it wasn’t for them blowing my engine, I would still have a car that is drivable.

In conclusion, because they blew my engine and have not fixed it for 3 months until this date, I would like them to pay for it, by paying for the car’s value and pay for the months until now I’ve had to pay for the title loan without the car they were supposed to fix.
